We provide document destruction service system that ensure the high level security of the data. The shredding procedure is full time captured and recorded by CCTV. The customer will receive Certificate of Destruction upon the job completion.

Document Storage Flow: SOP on Document Destruction (7 Step)

Customer send request Order thru our program on website via PC or Smartphone

Supervisor receive the request order --> check
the authorized signature--> create Work Order

Warehouse staff search cartons in the location as indicated in Work Order

Warehouse staff scan and prepare in Destruction areas

Warehouse staff destroy documents By Paper
Shredding Machine with the Security System
(CCTV) record all activities

Update data to the System

Send a Certificate of Destruction to Customer
